I worked with PGCE Primary and Early Years students this week on a time limited task to create resources for interactive whiteboards. As usual I was very impressed by their ideas and creativity. Below are some examples in Smart Notebook 10 format. The first five cover aspects of mathematics, including counting, ordering numbers, multiples and shapes. The resource on high frequency words is a matching activity aimed at Reception children. The musical instruments resource uses text, images and sounds. The bottom two address curriculum requirements in science about identifying parts of plants and flowers - parts of a plant makes clever use of colour on the final page!
